To begin the Registration process, simply select the area of your involvement from the Menu at the end of this Section, and follow the instructions. Please note that there are REQUIRED fields that MUST be filled out in order to complete the registration process. Note your valid passport information is very important, so please ensure that you have it on hand before you commence the application.
For members of Country Delegations and Independent Official Groups, your applications must be corroborated by the Master Registration Forms, which should be completed by your Head of Delegation or Group Leader.
For your travel to Trinidad and Tobago, please consult the links provided hereunder to familiarize yourself with the VISA and Public Health / Vaccination requirements governing your entry into the Country.
Should you require a VISA, after the initial submission of your Registration Form, your application for Registration will be filed as “pending” awaiting the provision of your VISA details.

Applicants are required to read carefully and follow the instructions provided, to complete the relevant form.
Completed forms must be submitted to the CARIFESTA XIV Secretariat (the Secretariat) by clicking the “SUBMIT” button at the end of each form.
Heads of Delegations and Group Leaders are reminded that the information contained in their respective “Master” Registration Forms MUST MATCH the information submitted by their respective individual members. Mismatched or unmatched information will lead to rejection of application(s) and the generation of queries by the Secretariat.
Each form will be reviewed for completeness, and a communication will be forwarded to the applicant within two weeks of receipt of the duly completed application, either advising of the acceptance of your application or requesting clarifications and /or additional information.
Clarifications or additional information requested must be returned to the Secretariat within seven (7) days of the date of the request.
Communication of your acceptance will include all relevant details with respect to the collection of your Accreditation package.
In the event that your application for registration and accreditation is declined, an appeal may be made to the Secretariat for a review of the decision. Such appeal must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of the notice of refusal. The Secretariat will respond within seven days of the appeal.
